Plotting MAF summary
Hi guys, figure D and E shows overall summary of the cohort in terms of variants per sample and distribution of variants according to variant classification. Can anyone tell me how to interpret my plot?

Come on now, please try and help us help you! D has no x-axis scale and there’s literally nothing on E at all to say what it’s showing! Are the images truncated somehow?
It's a result from :
Images are not truncated.
I think D - x is a samples, y is a sample size of variants E - x is a variant classification, y is a types of mutations
