Is Tajima's Pi and Wattersons Theta site frequency spectrum statistics?
Dear all,
I want to apply site frequency spectrum statistics on my pool-seq data. So I found Tajima's Pi and Wattersons Theta statistics https://sourceforge.net/p/popoolation/wiki/Manual/ but I am unable to find if they come under site frequency spectrum statistics. Kindly guide me about this. Any help would be highly appreciated.
