Convert pileup file to genetic map file

Dear all,

I have pileup file of pooled-seq samples generated using samtools mpileup feature. I want to convert it to map file to compute various selection statistics. Kindly guide how to do that? and suggest any tool for it. Any help would be highly appreciated.
