Require composite script of Hp and ROH statistics
Dear all,
I want a combined script for pooled-Heterozygosity (Hp) and Runs of homozygosity (ROH) statistics, but unfortunately I am unable to find it. Kindly if somebody could help me in finding that script. I shall be very thankful to you. Any help would be highly appreciated.
