Assembly of rna-long reads (NP)
Hi All
I want to generate consensus sequence for rna data that are generated using nanopore platform.I have tries flye and rna-bloom tools but am getting lot of contigs in rna-bloom and flye shows "No disjointigs were assembled" . Kindly suggest what could help.

Are you getting whole genes from the RNA sequencing? How long are the contigs from rna-bloom?
I am expecting contigs around 2-3kb but i am geeting 100bp-7kb
