Trycycler Assembly_Issue in Flye and MInimap2

Hello everyone,

I am using Trycycler to generate a consensus assembly for my Nanopore sequence data. I am using Flye and minimap2 to generate individual assemblies for the read subsets. In case of Flye assemblies I am getting 4 or 5 contigs however after minimap2 I am getting 32 contigs! In fact for the same subset of read, I am getting 4 contigs after assembling with Flye and more than 30 contigs after assembling with minimap2. Can anyone let me know where the issue could be?
