DMD gene/genome/exome sequencing data publicly avalaible
Hi everyone
Does anyone know public data of gene, genome or exome sequencing regarding DMD gene? There are some database, such as LOVD, but they don't present sequencing data of different individuals, and I tried to fiend individuals from the 1k human genome project, but without success. I know that this kind of information is very sensitive, but is important to the scientific community to have easy access in this kind of data to develop robust softwares or pipelines.

What you did do in terms of getting access to the 1K genome project? they are free for example https://www.internationalgenome.org/data-portal/sample/HG00107 Also, SRA and EGA provide so entries on the human exome/genome ...
Yeah, the access is free for 1kG project, but I did not find meta information of Duchenne/Becker phenotypes.
