Data Description of Output of .glm.linear file
Hello,
I have Obesity.glm.linear file with me, but I'm not sure what each column means!!. Can anyone explain the Attribute Information of the following output:
CHROM, POS ,ID, REF, ALT, A1, TEST, OBS_CT, BETA, SE, T_STAT, P

Especially I would like to know about ALT, A1 and BETA?
