extract utr 5' from refGene.txt
Hi everyone, i need to find the 5' and 3' utr from the data stored in https://s3.amazonaws.com/igv.org.genomes/mm9/refGene.sorted.txt.gz. Can anyone help me in understanding how to find the 5'utr and 3'utr for each gene?
