Hi everyone. I need to create a fasta file containing the sequence of all the tss regions for each gene in mm9 or in mm10. Preferably i would like to use the fasta that also igv browser use, so the database needs to be compatible. Can anyone help me to find such a database?

Here is a link to the Eukaryotic Promoter Database that curates promoter sequences and has information on TSS for a series of models including mm10. You can download the data in many different formats, most of which are supported by IGV (which supports more than just fasta files, see here).
Alternatively, the EDP has support for the UCSC genome browser where you can see all the tracks in a web browser.
