Get corresponding Input Sequence from Dada2 results
Hey Guys,
I have recently started working with Dada2 using [this tutourial/Workflow][1].
Now my question is, is it possible to get the corresponding Input Sequence from an Output Sequence?
So for example, after I have merged the Data in the "merging" step of this tutorial: I might have a Sequence that is only found once. Is it possible to pinpoint from which input Sequence this output was calculated?
I hope my question is understandable and makes sense.
