Hi I am completely new to DiffBind, R and programming in general. I am working through the suggested procedure in the DiffBind manual and when I get to the dba.count step I get this error

Computing summits... Error: Some read files could not be accessed. See warnings for details. In addition: Warning message: not accessible

I'm not sure how to provide data to reproduce this error but I can provide my sample sheet if needed. I think it should be noted that I previously got a different error while running dba.count which is

H3K27ac_day2 NHEKdiff Differentiation MidDiff Day2_4 1 narrow Error in if (file.info(peaks)$size > 0) { : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

the first error occured when I was trying to fix the second error. I tried to fix the second by altering how I referred to the files in my sample sheet (i just changed the \ in the path to /.)

I am very new to programing, this is my first attempt to produce data. any help will be apreciated.
