Canvas doesn't identify the genotype of CNVs
I have read Canvas documentation and the paper linked and I can't find what I am looking for, maybe because it is so obvious but it worthy to ask here.
Canvas doesn't get the genotype of the CNVs in germline, right?
I am doing a Master's dissertation without any bioinformatics supervison and I need to confirm things like this
