bmDCA doesn't output all files

Good day!

I am using bmDCA - Boltzmann Machine direct coupling analysis in order to analyse the set of proteins. However, I am facing some strange behaviour, I am not getting all the output files. The missing are: energy.dat; errorless.txt/bin and my_corr.dat. Has anyone faced such an issue? Are those critical? What should I do?
