Dear all, In the following output from GWAMA (meta-analysis tool), does the SE correspond to "ln (OR)" or is it "SE for OR" ? Sorry, it's my first time doing meta-analysis so struggling a bit with the output parameters. The GWAMA website doesn't describe whether the SE is for "ln (OR)" or simply for OR ?
