Michigan Imputation Server Strand Flips Error for SNPs that don't exist
Hi,
I am trying to impute some data on the Michigan imputation server and am getting an error about strand flips. I've encountered this before and know how to fix it. Usually. This time, it's weird, the SNPs it is listing as strand flips do not exist in my data. Does anyone have any insight into this?
