Flip strands error from Michigan Imputation Server
When I try to using Michigan Imputation Server to impute GWAS data, I got an error like:
Error: More than 100 obvious strand flips have been detected. Please check strand. Imputation cannot be started!
I have searched for solutions, but for now, none of the solutions solve my problem.
Also, I have searched PLINK, which has an option to use command plink --file data --flip list.txt --recode, can anyone tell me how to generate such list.txt?
