Coorelation plot from Methylkit
Hi, I have used R-package methylkit for DMR analysis and also generated a coorelation plot using the package, but am not able to interpret the plot as to do the colors (green, blue,red) signify anything? Also the two axis inside the plot do they tell us about any kind of deviation.
