Cytoscape : problem importing networks from String databases

Hello, I've just recently encountered a problem importing networks from the String database. Specifically, after entering "File" - "Import" - "Network from public databases", the "Import Network from Public Databases" window opens, but the only option in the "Data source" box is "Universal Interaction Database Client". THe String queries appear to be missing. I am using Cytoscape version 3.9.1. Anyone have any idea what I have done wrong? Many thanks! Jennifer

I don't think it is necessarily anything you did wrong. I see the same thing as you and STRING seems not to be available. I am guessing it is either a connectivity issue, or something else wrong at the remote database level.

I'm not having any problems importing data using the stringApp. What version of the app do you have installed?
