How to create RegINs files from public database ?
Hi,
I am interested in using Cytargetlinker (cytoscape app).I have to create my own Regulatory Interaction Networks (RegINs) to build my networks.I tried to use the RegIn converter to convert the csv.file downloaded from a public database into xgmml file but it didnt worked for me.Is there any other way to create your own RegIns files please? Thanks in advance
