Mendelian randomization outcome data screen
Hello everyone
I performed a two-sample MR on thyroid function and a kind of disorder. The reviewers asked me about the outcome data screen: "Participants in the GWAS for this kind of disorder could have been taking thyroid medicine(like Levothyroxine). How would this have affected the interpretation of the MR result?"
