How can I build archetypal consensus motifs to represent different cluster motifs
Hi, everyone.
I am wondering whether there is a tool can help to build archetypal consensus motifs to represent different cluster motifs.
For example, I calculate the all motif similarity and cluster the motif into 100 clusters. Then I want to use 100 motif model to represnt this 100 clusters.
I have read this article https://www.vierstra.org/resources/motif_clustering, and find it is a good resouce. But I find it is hard to use this pipeline for me and apply this methods in plants motif. So I am wondering whether someone can introduce some good tools.
