What's the biology meaning of multi-peak in a region
Hi, everyone
Recently, I am anlysising ATAC-seq data. And I find in some region, there will be a phenomenon that mulit peak will link together.
While in some region, there may be only one peak.
I am very curious what the biology meaning is for this "mulit-peak link", do they work together as a merge regulatory element or they just appear together or some peak will act as shadow backup.
Please forgive me if this question do not look like a "bioinfo" question :).
