About Differential gene expression analysis
i got a confusion in TF ,miRNA network generation.I determined my common DEG from two different dataset.After i did GRN I found the TF for all of my 4 common DEG but miRNA only found for one common DEG.So what should be the interpretation of that.Will the network that i generated is correct .I did this in network analyst platform and visualized it in cytoscape.
