I am using cytoscape 3.8.2 in Ubuntu 18.04 and I have installed the java 11 version, RINlyzer and structureviz . I created my network in RING server and upload into the cytoscape.when i analyze network i got an error that Network interpretation is null.can anyone tell me how to fix this error?
