eQTL Analysis

I have each sample expression data with gene names as .csv format and snp.txt file. I would like to find eQTL and sQTL out of them. I am new to find eQTL from above files.

Try looking at the software matrixeqtl or the bioconductor workflow here: https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/workflows/html/eQTL.html
