Retrieving sequences and Blast them
Hi, I would like to use the virus sequences from here and blast them againt our genome. How is it posssible to download the sequences from the side and use them in Blast?

You click on the top right, "Retrieve Sequences" - choose RefSeq Nucleotides, then on the new page you click on the small 'Send to:", in the new menu you click on "Complete Record" - "File" - "FASTA Record". This will create one FASTA file with the 2,716 sequences.
