Can we use basespace illumina link instead of https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ in our papers

Hello,

I am going to deposit all data, project and analysis data to https://www.ebi.ac.uk/. But I have all information in basespace.

How I can share the link from the basespace to my report?

Also, for submitting the paper to the journal, is it acceptable the link of data from basespace/illumina?

Re:(2) - you should ask the journal. However, I doubt the basespace link will be acceptable, as it's a commercial resource, which means absolutely no guarantee of any sort of longevity or continued access.

Is the BaseSpace link publicly accessible? Whole idea of submitting sequences to a public repository is to make sure that the data remains accessible/available for all in perpetuity.
