Public X Ten data for CEPH/Utah Trio?
I am trying to assess SV calling tools on WGS data. I know that Illumina released high-coverage data for the CEPH/Utah Trio (NA12878, NA12891, NA12892) originating from a HiSeq 2000 machine through the Platinum Genome Project.
Is something similar available for X Ten data? I found X Ten data for NA12878 through Illumina BaseSpace but I could not find data for the parents.
