How does find the sequence of each oligonucleotide in microarray probe?
Dear all,
In microarray technology, each prob includes oligonucleotide (fragment of DNA). I need to know how can I find the sequence of each oligonucleotide in e.g. GPL570 ([HG-U133_Plus_2] Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array)?
I appreciate it if anybody shares his/her comment with me.
