Hi!

I'm working with GEO datasets. Specifically i´m using the dataset: GSE46699, a Expression profiling by array. The plataform used is "[HG-U133_Plus_2] Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array".

From https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gds/?term=GSE46699 I downloaded "GSE46699_series_matrix" but I want to know if I can use that raw data to make one gene expression comparisson between patients or if I have to apply any normalization?
