How do I create a heat map (ASVs) with corresponding taxonomic rank with ggplot2?

I'd ask for suggestions on how to create a heat map (ASVs) with corresponding taxonomic rank (as shown in the upper part of the figure) with ggplot2? I asked around and was told that I could just create the heatmap part with ggplot2, which I know how to do, and create/add the taxonomic part separately. Then we merge them together.

I was wondering whether there is a quicker way of doing this with one tool?

The input table file looks like the one partially shown in the lower part of the figure.
