Cell metabolic activity assay - Dose Response Analysis
Hi everybody
I have an MTT assay (colorimetric metabolic activity analysis) experiment
I have the following data:
- 3 experimental conditions
- 2 drugs
- 4 different drug concentration
- 4 replicates for each condition
The vitality with No drug for each condition
and 3 experiments (everything listed above x 3)
Which R package can I apply? Can you suggest me any R tutorial that could fit with this experimental design?
