Increasing biological replicate count to perform pseudobulk differential expression analysis
Hi,
I have 10X Visium data (mouse) for 4 different conditions. Unfortunately, only 3 of the 4 conditions have multiple biological replicates (3x replicates each), while the remaining condition (the control) consists of only a single replicate.
I would like to perform a pseudobulk differential expression analysis. Is there a robust statistical method for simulating pseudo replicates that would allow me to increase the number of replicates in my control group? If not, what would you suggest as an alternative?
