QIIME2 quality control

Hi,

I am trying to learn more about QIIME2 quality control and I am going over the "moving pictures" tutorial

https://docs.qiime2.org/2021.4/tutorials/moving-pictures/

I came to DADA2 and saw the table:

https://view.qiime2.org/visualization/?type=html&src=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.qiime2.org%2F2021.4%2Fdata%2Ftutorials%2Fmoving-pictures%2Fstats-dada2.qzv

My questions are - how many are too many chimeric-reads? I mean, is there a percentage of non-chimeric reads that is too low to work with a dataset? Are there other parameters that you would consider as red flags? If there is a place I can read more about this I'd very much appreciate a link (couldn't find it on my own, and I checked the QIIME2 forum and website)

Thanks, Blur
