Hi all,

I have output files from several programs from the meme suite (stand-alone, command-line). I plan to use rsat matrix-clustering so I need files with all significant motifs from each analysis (output file). For each analysis there is text file with results but it contains not only matrices but also stats and so on.

I haven't seen any script in meme which could give only matrices for significant motifs (in any format).

Do you know any way to make such files?
