Duplicate markers
Hi all,
I am a newby when it comes to plink. I have tried to use the command --list-duplicate-vars to enlist all the duplicate markers for posterior filttering. But it does not work.
Anyone knows what can I do?
PD: I have Plink version 1.07 (2009)

It's not a command that's available for 1.07. If you are reading the manual for 1.9, then install 1.9.
