Convert Plink .Ped File To Pbat .Ped File

Hi,

I have a ped and map file in PLINK. I want to convert them to ped format in FBAT so i can analyze the haplotype in FBAT. I tried to specify the markers name in the first line by using R but it didn't work. Can anyone help?

Why not use PLINK?

The free Mega2 program will convert from PLINK format to FBAT format.
