Homer motif analysis
Hi,
I did a motif analysis using HOMER. I just wonder how can I interpret the results and also how can I represent these results in my paper? Could you please give me an example for representing motifs analysis using homer in the published papers?

There's no way to recommend how to interpret the results without knowing what question you were asking, or how or why you did your analysis. As for examples of HOMER analysis in published papers, I would recommend you start with a search of the literature. There are thousands of papers citing the original HOMER paper from 2010. I would start there.
