Find Genes in Homer Analysis that have the enriched Motif
Hello,
I recently did a Homer analysis using a set of genes to find enriched Motifs. It worked and now I am interested in knowing for one certain Motif, which genes lead to the enrichment of this Motif.
Feels like this should be a common problem but could not find anything by searching.
Hope I didn´t just miss a very obvious link or something. Thanks in advance!
