Public COVID-19 bam files
written by juniper- 6Are there any publicly available raw sequencing data for COVID-19? In BAM for FASTQ format?
but why?...
what exactly do you need - genome DNA reads from a human who had COVID or a sequence of the virus itself?
In any case, raw fastq files from patients are always access-restricted, e.g. at GISAID, dbGAP or ENA/EBI, so you or rather your PI would need to request access. VCF files might be easier/faster to get.
