Bulk RNAseq data for COVID-19 with patient metadata?
I've been trying to find a database of Bulk RNAseq data for COVID-19 with patient metadata. I've been able to find a lot of single-cell databases that have metadata but I haven't come across any for bulk. Does anyone know of a database like this? Any recommended paper would be appreciated as well.
