Use BCBio package

Hello,

I'm using BCBio package to generate gff files. I'm using python version 3.9, on windows. To import the package I do:

                     from BCBio import GFF

However, I got this error: No module named 'BCBio'.Is this normal?

I don't think that's normal. Please show us the code you're using, and specify pertinent details in the post text directly, not as tags - the information that you're using python3.9 on Windows could be critical here and that is not mentioned in your post at all.

What you're seeing is an error - it says you do not have the BCBio module/package at all. I'm not good at python, but from a quick google search, you're either using this wrong or have installed it improperly.

Does from BCBio.GFF import GFFExaminer work? If that doesn't, please show us the commands you used to install the BCBio package.
