Rna seq analysis
I have a project to find major TF in DU145 cell lines. I have done chip-seq analysis and generated motif files using homer software. Now I have to identify TF that recognised these motifs. I have to check expression of TF in RNA dataset for DU145 cell lines and identify those TF that are expressed or not and rank them according to expression levels.
