Visualize in IGV mitochondrial variants found with MToolBox

Hello, Does anyone know a better tool to visualize the mitochondrial genome other than IGV? I am trying to visualize variants called from MToolBox but doesn't work well for me. Thanks

You can check out SCI-VCF. Exploratory analysis and interactive visualization of genetic variants in a VCF file can be performed with SCI-VCF without the need for any programming.
