Hi all,

I've run Interproscan on a relatively large fungal genome, and I am looking to visualize the results. I have found one tools called IPRstats, but it is really old (requires an outdate wxPython version) and does not seem to install properly on the latest Ubuntu version.

Does anyone know of any other tools that are similar to IPRstats but newer?
