interproscan results visulization

Hi,

anyone knows is there any way to visualize the out put of the interproscan? I try to install IPRStats (https://github.com/devrkel/IPRStats) on my ubuntu 14.04, however when I launched it from terminal, it gave me: chao@chao-CW65S:~$ iprstats python: can't open file '/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/iprstats/iprstats.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

any one encountered this issue before? or have other ways to visualize the interproscan results? or have other way to annotate the protein function for soybean RNA seq results?

What extension is your current output ? In theory with the appropriate parameter you could ask an output in SVG format that could be read using as example the Firefox browser or the inkscape tool.

Yes! You have other way to annotate the protein function for soybean RNA seq: Read Ana Conessa et al. (2005, 2008) - Blast2GO. Good look

Blast2GO uses interproscan and is not completely free depending what you want to do.
