Inverse Normal Transformation Of A Quantitative Trait In Gwas
written by snp_cook12 •
hello, I have a question, how do you inverse normally transform a quantitative trait for genetic association studies?

Are you referring to Yfull? Since that appears to be a paid site you should take advantage of their support if you are planning to place an order there.
yeah exactly Yfull com , Yes a paid site but my question regarding the scientific samples (not commercial samples) that are published by research studies, I heard that it is not paid to add those ancient samples and scientific samples as they are published and I think it make sense if they accept them for free to their site as those samples will improve their database .. any suggestion or help please
Hello! You can write order[at]yfull.com and if the scientific samples have sufficient quality, yfull.com will add them to the tree for free.
