Looking for sample data for training NIPT software packages

Hi Dear Colleagues,

I'm working on my MSc thesis, I need some NIPT raw data to train some software like wisecondor and sanefalcon, but at the university I work, I don't have access to such data. Is there any site/ftp etc. that I can downlaod sample NIPT data? Also I need the data generated by Illumina and Ion Torrent.

Hi Lucas,

I am currently working on Wisecondor and WisecondorX. I also do not have example files to start with and to understand whether the pipeline has been installed correctly or not. I have seen your previous posts. Did you find any such example sequencing files?

I'm not sure if such data will be easily available for download - rather sensitive? A solution would be to take publicly available trio data and make an in silico mixture (at reasonable ratios - not sure what that is for NIPT and not exactly my field)
