Hello all,

I've been asked to analyse Ion proton data. I was searching hardly to download a sample data set of Ion proton but I didn't get any. I found that we need to request Ion community to get a data set, anyhow that data doesn't look like a real one, I believe (I came to know that they do some preprocessing).

Can anyone direct me to a source where I can get any raw data and some basic information about the data (like read lengths, quality scores etc) as well. Here on biostars, I've found posts that were discussing analysis pipelines but I didn't find any information/source related to raw data.
